azeroth survivors priest build

Azeroth Survivors Priest Build

TL;DR

Priest sits A-tier on mitigation, not reach — the file's only Shield spell plus 2 tagged novas on 120 HP cloth at 7.5 yd/s. Smite opens at 14 damage over 20 yards; Fade (level 5) makes enemies lose you while speed rises. Who it is for: shield-and-nova cloth, not a charge.

  • Start — Smite: 14 damage, 1.2s, one target, 20 yards.
  • Nova tags ×2: Holy Nova, Psychic Scream.
  • Boss clock 2:15, win clock 15:00. Fade on F: Fade from the horde's sight: enemies lose you and you run 40% faster for 4 sec.

Core combo and skill priority

Holy Bulwark is a four-card defensive spine — Holy Nova, Power Word: Shield, Psychic Scream, Holy Fire — and since casts fire themselves, the real inputs are the draft and when to Fade. Each level deals three cards on the card weights: owned-spell upgrade 1.2, new class spell 1.0, passive upgrade 0.8, new passive 0.5. The spine assembles over levels, not in one pick.

  1. 0–5 min. Smite (14 damage, 1.2s, 20 yards) leads. Holy Nova (11 damage, 9-yard nova, Drain(0.1)) and Power Word: Shield (30 absorb, 10s up, 14s cooldown) are the early draft targets. Fade unlocks at level 5 — Fade from the horde's sight: enemies lose you and you run 40% faster for 4 sec. The first boss arrives at 2:15.
  2. Mid run. Psychic Scream (8-yard Fear(3.5), 12s cooldown) and Holy Fire (22 damage plus 3/s for 6s) round out Holy Bulwark. Keep ranking Smite — its bonus targets come at card ranks 3, 5, and 7 — and hold Mind Blast until the four are in.
  3. Late run. Mind Blast (32 damage, 22 yards) or Shadow Word: Pain (4/s over 9s on 3 targets) takes the open slot. The cap stays 6 spells; the clock ends at 15:00.

Other names in the 7-spell pool, outside Holy Bulwark: Mind Blast (32 damage, 3.5s, 22 yards); Shadow Word: Pain (0 damage, 4/s, 3s, 18 yards, 3 targets).

What to level first

Rank Smite whenever the offer is an upgrade: it sits on the bar already, owned-spell ranks carry 1.2 weight, and card ranks 3, 5, and 7 add targets. Holy Nova and the Shield come ahead of any second strike — coverage plus mitigation is the point of the four.

After the Holy Bulwark four are up, the 7-name pool still offers Mind Blast (32 damage, 22 yards) and Shadow Word: Pain (4/s over 9s, 3 targets); the 6-slot cap at rank 8 leaves room for one, and a seventh Priest card does nothing.

Passives share every offer — 6 held at rank 5 from the 10-card list common to all nine classes; there is no priest tree in this snapshot. Fade ignores cards entirely and unlocks at level 5.

Priest's kit matchups

The Priest row is 120 HP, 7.5 yd/s, a 20-yard opener, 2 AOE tags, and Fade on F (Fade from the horde's sight: enemies lose you and you run 40% faster for 4 sec.) — mitigation where Mage keeps a teleport. The rows below are extracted numbers, not a raced ladder.

Every map here opens its first boss at 2:15; scaling runs x(1+0.75*progress) on HP and x(1+0.9*progress) on damage to a 15:00 win.

How Priest changed in v1

v1 is our snapshot marker, not an Aethus version string — no numbered changelog exists. The Priest page reflects the extracted kit (7 spells, Smite opener, Fade at 5, 120 HP) from commit eb9bbe3 (2026-10-13); the Windows file we read is stamped 2026-10-19 18:26 GMT.

Should the live client disagree, the Priest spell table is what re-extraction refreshes — check that row set first.

FAQ

What is the best Priest build in Azeroth Survivors?
Holy Bulwark — Holy Nova, Power Word: Shield, Psychic Scream, Holy Fire — is the featured set: the file's only Shield wrapped in 2 tagged novas on 120 HP cloth. Smite opens, Fade unlocks on F at level 5, and the pool runs 7 spells.
What should Priest level first?
Smite ranks first when offered — 14 damage, 1.2s, 20 yards, already on the bar. Holy Nova (11 damage, Drain(0.1)) and Power Word: Shield (30 absorb, 10s) follow ahead of a second strike; the cap is six.
When does Priest Fade unlock?
Level 5, on the same F timer as the other eight classes. Fade from the horde's sight: enemies lose you and you run 40% faster for 4 sec. Cooldown 18s; before it the kit has 7.5 yd/s and Smite's 20-yard reach.
What does Power Word: Shield do in this kit?
It is the Shield kind — 30 on the damage field as absorb for 10s on a 14s cooldown, and no other class spell shares that kind. Holy Nova is the 9-yard nova with Drain(0.1), Psychic Scream the 8-yard Fear, Holy Fire 22 damage plus 3/s for 6s.
