How to Play Azeroth Survivors

Azeroth Survivors is a free browser roguelike. You do not install a client and you do not make an account. Open wow.aethus.pl, pick race / gender / class / zone, press Enter, and stay alive for 900 seconds. This page is the control and first-run chapter of the Azeroth Survivors guide.

Combat abilities cast themselves. Your job is position, jump, camera, and the class movement spell. The key table below is copied from the extracted CONTROLS.md plus code refs for zoom (1.5–70 yd) and mobility (F at level 5).

Open the game

  1. Use a desktop browser if you can — the extracted controls assume keyboard and mouse. Mobile play: Needs testing.
  2. Go to wow.aethus.pl. There is no sign-in form in the documented flow.
  3. Click race, gender, class and zone, or use Randomize. Class details live on the class index; maps on the zone index. First-run map: start at a 1–10 zone such as Elwynn Forest unless you already know otherwise.
  4. Press Enter (Enter World) to start.

First five minutes

  1. Keep moving. Packs spawn continuously; standing still is how cloth classes die before the first boss.
  2. Face the cursor. The hero strafes and backpedals — you are not locked to the move key.
  3. First boss lands at 2:15. Kite if your kit has a slow; if it does not, circle and jump.
  4. At each level, press 1 2 3 or click. Prefer an upgrade to a spell you already own if the numbers look like the card lines on the card page. "Best first pick": Needs testing.
  5. At level 5, bind your attention to F. That is the only aimed combat button.
