Is Azeroth Survivors safe?
This site does not host the game and does not ship an installer. Play only at the official browser host wow.aethus.pl. We cannot vouch for that host, for third-party mirrors, or for downloads you find elsewhere. Whether any given file or page is malware-free is untested. The game is an unofficial World of Warcraft fan work by Aethus — not a Blizzard product.
Do I download it, or play in the browser?
The play link is the browser original: open wow.aethus.pl in a tab. No sign-up is documented in the extracted flow. An MIT / Apache-2.0 source rebuild exists on GitHub for developers; that is optional and not required to play. Native installers, store pages, and mobile apps are untested.
Does it work on mobile?
The extracted control table assumes a keyboard and a mouse (WASD, Space, F, scroll-wheel zoom, 1/2/3 for cards). Touch-only or phone play: untested.
Does it work on Mac?
The official host is a browser game, so a current desktop browser tab is the intended surface. A native Mac app is not listed in the extracted files. Whether a given Mac browser build runs the live host is untested.

What is the GitHub version?
OutThisLife/azeroth-survivors-re is a public MIT / Apache-2.0 rebuild used as this guide's data source (commit eb9bbe3, 2026-10-13). It is not the play link. The browser original at wow.aethus.pl may differ — talent XP, zone gates, and Spell.dbc names are called out as untested where the two worlds can diverge. We do not publish a how-to-run tutorial.
Where are the patch notes?
This guide has no official Aethus patch-notes URL on file. We refresh numbers when the extracted rebuild moves; the current snapshot is 2026-10-13 (eb9bbe3). Where Aethus posts live-host changes is untested. Commit history of the GitHub rebuild is public if you want to read that tree.
How does it compare to Vampire Survivors?
An official comparison from Aethus is untested. What we can source: Azeroth Survivors is a free browser survival roguelike — pick race, class and zone, WASD to move, combat abilities auto-cast, survive 15:00, bosses on a clock, level-up card drafts. Vampire Survivors is a separate commercial game. Genre overlap does not make this a sequel, a remake, or a licensed spin-off.
