Email support@azeroth-survivors.com when a page on azeroth-survivors.com disagrees with the extracted files, when a canonical URL 404s, or when a table legend is missing on a column that is still empty. Include the path (for example /classes/mage or /zones/naxxramas), the value you expected, and — if you have it — the line in classes.json, zones.json, or cards.json that you think we missed. We can only correct what we can re-read from those files.

Please do not send us a request to invent a beginner rating, a build difficulty, or an S-tier row. Those fields are empty on purpose. The about page explains extracted versus derived versus untested. If you have a dated playtest (commit, map, sample size), we can talk about linking that write-up. We will not paste a letter into the tier board from a single run.

Privacy and terms questions also belong at this address. The site does not create accounts. If Google Analytics is enabled on a deployment, that is documented on the privacy policy. We cannot export a profile that does not exist. Legal wording lives on the terms page; this contact page does not replace those documents.

Response time is best-effort. This is a fan guide, not a studio support desk. If you write about a page that still matches the JSON, the reply may simply point you back at the file. If you write about a real mismatch, the fix is to correct the display — not to change a combat number by hand.

For game bugs, contact the developer. Azeroth Survivors is Aethus's fan work. The official play host is wow.aethus.pl. Discord is the fastest public room for "the tab crashed after the third boss" or "F does nothing at level 5." The Reddit announcement thread is the public post many players already use. GitHub is the right door when the bug is in the extracted rebuild rather than in the hosted original.

When you file a game bug, say whether you are on the official browser host or on a local rebuild, which class and zone you picked, and roughly how long the run had lasted. The guide's 135-second boss clock and 900-second win are extracted run rules; if the live host differs, that is useful for the developer and it is also a signal that our snapshot may be behind. We will not proxy those reports.

Do not send the developer a complaint about this unofficial site. Do not send the guide a crash dump from the game. The two inboxes exist so those threads stay readable. If you are unsure, start with the guide email and ask which door to use — we would rather bounce one message than lose a real extract error.

We do not offer in-game recovery, chargebacks, or account resets. There is no account. Closing the tab ends the run. Permanent talent XP on the browser original, if it exists, is still untested in the extracted files; ask the developer about that loop, not this index.

First-run controls live on how to play. School-network wording lives on unblocked. Class kits, builds, and maps are linked from the header and the footer. If you arrived here from a search for "azeroth survivors contact" and you actually wanted to play, use the Play button — this page will not launch the game.
